Lydia and Jeremy helped me with purchasing my first home last month, and they were terrific to work with.  They took time to understand my needs, gave great input on what I should be looking for, and were very detail oriented.  They helped me with any questions I had as a first time buyer, and were always prompt with showings and correspondence.

I ended up with a great home at a fair price.  We did a few final inspections of the home, and attention to detail was evident.  They even waited for a rainy day to go check the crawl space to ensure water wasn't getting underneath the house.  This was an all around excellent experience! As first time homeowners, Jeremy walked us through every step of the process. There was no pressure to buy and no rush to make a decision. In fact, he encouraged us to take time to discuss how we felt about houses we had chosen. He was very approachable and cared about us being happy with our house for the long term. With our busy schedule... and his, he always made time to meet with us personally either same day or next day, night or weekend.
